Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials relevant for school-based settings Demonstrated experience with OT interventions for PreK-8th grade students Skills in adapting therapeutic plans for a range of developmental and educational needs Previous work in school environments, including managing multiple sites, is highly valued Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and confident communication Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists In-person services only (teletherapy is not included at this time)

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver engaging, effective occupational therapy to help students reach educational goals Collaborate with teachers and support staff for integrated intervention strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation as needed Foster a supportive, positive environment for students with varying needs Manage caseload efficiently across assigned sites while maintaining strong rapport with colleagues and families
