Job description: Are you a Occupational Therapist in California looking for a role that offers both high impact and excellent pay? Pay Rate:

Make a visible, lasting impact on the lives of residents and their families every single day. A Day in the Life (Your Responsibilities): Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations in patients' homes to assess physical, cognitive, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve self-care, mobility, coordination, strength, balance, and cognitive skills. Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home modifications, and use of assistive devices. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, nurses, social workers, physicians) to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with home health regulations, documentation standards, and agency policies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. What It Takes to Succeed (Qualifications):License:
A current and valid Physical Therapist (OT) license in the State of Massachusetts. Home health or outpatient Occupational therapy experience preferred.Education:
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution..Certification:
