This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Assess patients to determine occupational therapy needs and set measurable goals. Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans with progress tracking. Document patient progress and outcomes in compliant electronic health records. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals. Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional skills. Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue certifications. Utilize clinical reasoning to justify therapy plans aligned with business targets. Demonstrate strong on-site presence with proactive patient engagement and pipeline visibility. Monitor and report on patient milestones to support performance-driven culture. Educate patients and families on home-based programs and safety strategies. Participate in weekly case reviews to share learnings and best practices. Experience/Qualifications Registered Occupational Therapist license required or eligible for state licensure. Experience developing and implementing OT treatment plans with measurable goals. Proficiency documenting progress in compliant electronic health records. Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards; maintain compliance. Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning to justify plans aligned with business targets. Strong on-site engagement with patients and pipeline visibility for referrals. Experience in ADLs, mobility and functional skills rehabilitation. Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Willingness to pursue certifications and ongoing professional development. Excellent communication to educate patients and families on home programs. What's in it for you?
