Overview Occupational Therapist - Acute care travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,987-$2,047. Shift is 5x8 days with day shifts (typical 08:00-16:30) and may include 07:30 or 08:30 starts.

Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This assignment requires licensure in the state of practice and current BLS; experience with Epic documentation is expected, Cerner is a plus.

Setting:

Short Term Acute Care Hospital No guaranteed hours; schedule may vary based on patient census and staffing needs Responsibilities Conduct OT evaluations and deliver therapy for adult patients across acute rehab, neurology, ICU, and cardiovascular units. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility, ADLs, cognition, and foundational skills; provide patient and family education. Administer therapeutic interventions, including mobility training, ADL retraining, splinting, wheelchair and seating assessments, and durable medical equipment recommendations. Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in the designated electronic medical record (Epic); Cerner experience is a plus. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning, transitions of care, and family/caregiver education; ensure safety and infection control standards.
