• Requirements:

• + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a University program satisfying the AOTA Academic and intern requirements for competence.

+ Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in applicable state (CA) + PAMs certification required + American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers + Minimum 2 years of hand experience (CHT a +) and Outpatient experience required + Strong exp w/dynamic splint fabrication preferred + Additional certifications may be required.
