Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday shiftsQualifications:
Active CA Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility under the 60 Day Rule Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply with mentorship available Excellent time-management and clinical documentation skills Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approachResponsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and individualized therapy plans for SNF patients Collaborate closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Complete thorough documentation in Net Health, adhering to facility standards Flexibility for occasional float shifts to a neighboring facility within walking distanceBenefits and Perks:
