We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living, motor, cognitive, and upper-extremity skills in a skilled nursing facility in Merced, CA. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred. Clinical experience treating geriatric population, Alzheimer's/dementia care, or post-acute rehab preferred. Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
