School Occupational Therapist | Morgan Hill, California ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Morgan Hill, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $38.86 - $68.86 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Master's degree Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Key qualifications and experience desired:
Active Occupational Therapist license in California Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams Flexibility and adaptability to changing caseloads and school environments Your contributions will include: Performing evaluations and assessments for students referred for Occupational Therapy Developing and executing intervention plans that support students' participation in academic and functional activities Collaborating closely with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student progress Documenting services and progress according to district and state guidelines Consulting with families and staff to ensure continuity of care and effective strategies Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all students You'll find this opportunity both meaningful and professionally fulfilling, as you champion student success in a collaborative, resource-rich setting.
