  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • to support students in a school-based setting. The OT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with each student's plan of care. This position will
  • float between National School District and Sweetwater Union High School District
  • .
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Perform student evaluations and assessments + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans + Provide direct occupational therapy services to students + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services + Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams + Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
    • Minimum Requirements
    • + Current
    • Occupational Therapist license
    • in the state of practice + At least
    • 1 year of experience preferred
    • (school-based experience a plus) + Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice +
    • Current CPR certification
    • (if applicable) +
    • TB screening
    • (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable) + Current
    • health certificate
    • (as required by state/contract) + Must meet all
    • federal, state, and local requirements
    • + Must be at least
    • 18 years old
