Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and relevant laws Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Adaptable, collaborative, and student-centered approach Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services and support in classroom and one-on-one settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into educational programs Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records Recommend adaptive equipment, modifications, or supports as needed Foster positive relationships with students, supporting their functional and academic growth

Hourly Pay:
