$46.00 - $67.00/hr Monday-Friday, 8-hour days No on-call

ABOUT THE FACILITY
Non-profit, DNV-accredited hospital with 60+ years serving the region 25-bed acute care, 125-bed skilled nursing facility, five primary care clinics, ambulatory surgery center, imaging, lab, ambulance services, 860+ employees AMA Joy in Medicine Award — 2023 and 2025 — one of a small number of hospitals nationally recognized for healthcare worker well-being
THE ROLE
Organize and conduct occupational therapy programs for hospital and SNF patients Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance daily function Support patients in developing skills essential for independence and productivity Make recommendations regarding equipment and staffing needs Collaborate with providers, nursing, and rehab colleagues on patient progress and discharge planning
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent Current California OT registration CPR certification Demonstrated competency in OT principles, methods, materials, and equipment Ability to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive plans of care Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements AOTA affiliation recommended
