Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting students in the Riverside/Corona, CA area for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll work closely with school-aged children, collaborating with educators and caregivers to foster a positive, inclusive environment that helps every student maximize their potential. This position spans from early August 2026 through late May 2027, offering the chance to make a long-term impact.
Key Qualifications:
Current, valid OT license in California Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student growth
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying needs, from consultation to direct therapy Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and contribute to the IEP process Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' functional independence Document progress and maintain up-to-date records as required by school and state guidelines Participate actively in meetings and professional development opportunities to remain current on best practices Provide training and resources to staff and families when appropriate This role promises the satisfaction of seeing students thrive as you guide them in achieving greater independence and success at school.
