Schedule:
Friday through Monday 4x10 hour shifts
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current, active Occupational Therapy license Experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred Ability to collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams Strong skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and adaptive equipment recommendations Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for hospital patients Provide interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent further injury Document patient progress and modify plans as appropriate Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques for continued recovery
