Position Options & Pay Full-Time:

$46.00 - $52.00 per hour

Per Diem:

$53.00 - $56.00 per hour What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Maintain compliant, accurate documentation Promote safety, independence, and functional success What We're Looking For Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence Why Join Our Team?
