We're therapist-owned, therapist-run, and located in convenient suburban areas. This role allows you to maintain a full pediatric caseload while also serving as the clinical leader for OT services at our Scripps Ranch location . Manageable caseloads - max 75% of your paid hours scheduled Paid lunch, collaboration, and planning time Fun, kind, and supportive team culture Bright therapy rooms + large motor gyms with climbing wall, swings, slides, messy play, and calming sensory spaces Mentorship & weekly team collaboration built-in What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients ages 0-18 Create individualized treatment plans and document progress in EMR Support and educate families Collaborate with your OT team and interdisciplinary colleagues to help kids reach their greatest potential Lead Responsibilities Orient and mentor new OTs through ongoing check-ins and a buddy system Serve as a clinical resource with an open-door policy for OTs at your location Run monthly OT chats and joint
OT + SLP
collaboration meetings Collaborate with Lead SLP to improve internal referrals and cross-discipline education Educate SLPs on OT services to increase confident referrals Be available for screenings or parent communication to support internal referrals Maintain and share therapy materials, ideas, and resources in the shared drive Coordinate monthly themed books/activities with SLPA support Stay current on CEUs, research, and learning opportunities for the OT team Partner with Quality Control to support therapists advancing on career ladders Communicate regularly with the Clinical Manager regarding support needs Help therapists maintain full schedules Keep resource closets organized and stocked Notify leadership when evaluations, materials, or protocols are needed Oversee volunteers at your clinic location Participate in annual mentoring/lunch celebrations with junior OTs (when applicable) We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (CA) 3 years Occupational Therapist experience (required) 2 years Pediatric outpatient experience (required) Supervisor experience (preferred) Natural mentor with strong communication and leadership skills Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented Collaborative team player who empowers others Passion for building a positive, high-performing OT team Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonuses Over $20K in benefits , including: 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, sick days, and holidays Continuing education credits Professional development assistance Flexible scheduling & supportive leadership Opportunities for advancement within a growing company
