The positions are for the new school year 2026-27 starting in July/ August 2026. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages regain independence and improve their quality of life through specialized therapy techniques. Duties Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities (ADLs) Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans Offer early intervention services for pediatric patients Provide occupational therapy in various settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, and homes Utilize speech therapy techniques when necessary Manage cases effectively to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred Familiarity with ICU and occupational health settings Strong understanding of care plans and case management Ability to provide home health services with compassion and professionalism
