The CAS Experience What Working as an Occupational Therapist Looks Like Total Compensation We recognize the scope and impact of Occupational therapy and clinical leadership. Applies OT knowledge and best practices to individualized interventions Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active California State OT license Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, family-centered care Not Ready to Make the Jump-but Know Someone Who Is? We offer $500 external referral bonuses for OT referrals and $250 for OTA referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days , you get paid.
