  • Pay:
  • $3,229/week ($1360 hourly + $1,225 housing + $644 meals)
  • Details:
  • + Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week + 13-week contract + Travel between patients required +
  • Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile
  • Requirements:
  • + Active OT license +
  • 1+ year Home Health experience - required
  • + Strong independent caseload management skills
  • Additional:
  • + Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
