Day Shift | 5x8 Hours Position Overview We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient therapy assignment in California. This position is ideal for candidates with strong outpatient experience who are comfortable treating a diverse patient population in both outpatient and inpatient rehab settings. Assignment Details Day shift schedule Hospital-based outpatient setting Opportunity to support inpatient rehab coverage Weekend coverage may be required on a rotating basis Flexible schedule structure depending on department needs Preferred Schedule Ideal Candidate Ability to work both outpatient and inpatient rehab settings Week 1: Sunday inpatient coverage Monday-Thursday outpatient coverage Week 2: Monday-Friday outpatient coverage Acceptable Candidate Strong outpatient OT experience Monday-Friday outpatient schedule Experience treating neuro, orthopedic/hand, and pediatric cases preferred Required Qualifications Acute Care and Outpatient Occupational Therapy experience required Experience in hospital-based outpatient settings preferred Strong communication and patient care skills required Preferred Clinical Experience Neurological rehabilitation Orthopedic and hand therapy Pediatric therapy Inpatient rehabilitation support For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732 791 4807
