Job Description

Located near San Francisco, this contract position is ideal for a compassionate professional who is enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact on the lives of K-12 students. You'll collaborate closely with students, families, and school teams, empowering students to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Valid Occupational Therapist license in California NBCOT certification preferred Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on each student's educational needs Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services according to students' IEPs Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain accurate documentation and produce regular progress reports Take an active role in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and adjustment Recommend appropriate adaptive equipment, accommodations, and intervention strategies Continuously monitor and adapt intervention plans to ensure student growth This opportunity offers a consistent, school-year schedule with 37.5 to 40 hours per week, weekly pay, and access to a range of benefits—including health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) options, ongoing professional development, recruiter support, and CEU assistance where applicable.
