Key Qualifications:

Comfortable with IEP processes, goal setting, and collaborating with school staff. Strong communication and tech skills for both in-person and virtual models. Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks efficiently. Flexible and adaptable to changing student needs.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to maximize student progress. Provide OT interventions both onsite and through teletherapy as needed. Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings. Consult with families and staff regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications.
