This is a hands-on, movement-based role designed for individuals who want to work directly with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. It's a strong fit for personal trainers, fitness professionals, massage therapists, and those pursuing or considering a career in physical therapy . If you're looking to apply your knowledge of the body in a more personalized, one-on-one setting — this is a unique opportunity to do that. No prior assisted stretching experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification. What You'll Do Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client Safely guide movement using proper body mechanics and technique Support improvements in mobility, flexibility, and recovery Educate clients on how their body moves and how to maintain progress Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality sessions Maintain a clean, professional studio environment Work collaboratively as part of a team Who This Is Great For Personal trainers and strength coaches Group fitness, yoga, or Pilates instructors Massage therapists looking for a more movement-based role Students in physical therapy programs or those planning to pursue PT Exercise science or kinesiology backgrounds Former athletes or highly active individuals Qualifications Stong understanding of anatomy and movement Comfortable working hands-on with clients in a physical role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and client-focused Compensation Total earnings typically range from $25-$35+ per hour , including: Hourly base pay + Session-based earnings + Tips + Commission opportunities Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and performance.
