Job Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Prior experience providing skilled OT services to geriatric or post-acute populations preferred. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and care planning preferred.
