Schedule/Hours:

Options include guaranteed 36 hours/week (with productivity requirements) or non-guaranteed hours on a per-visit basis Weekend coverage may be assigned, with occasional travel across counties to maintain a full caseload

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in home settings Complete evals, follow-ups, recertifications, and discharges (OASIS and non-OASIS visits) Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and physicians Maintain accurate documentation, travel to patient homes, and uphold productivity standards

Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license in California BLS certification Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (10 years), Flu (annual) Ability to work with COVID+ and PUI patients New graduates welcome; home health experience is a plus
