This is to provide and supervise treatment for elderly participants and documentation. Lifting is limited to around 25 lbs. Chinese and Vietnamese language skills are plus. The OT will perform assessments and write short care plans. We offer flexible hours with excellent salary in a very successful program. You could work as regular employee or contractor. The hours are Mon to Fri, from 8:00 to around 3:00

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of the principles and procedures relating to occupational therapy and how they apply specifically to frail elderly. Experience with frail elderly and as a member of a Multidisciplinary Team. Skills in assessing and reassessing the functional capabilities of the frail elderly in creating individual care plans. Licensed by the Occupational Therapy boards of California.
