We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Redwood Grove Post Acute in Santa Cruz, CA. Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, limitations, and goals Develop and lead occupational therapy groups to promote social interaction, skills development, and overall rehabilitation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Provide educational training and support to patients and their families/caregivers Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiencyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy theories and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordinglyBenefits:
