Active California Occupational Therapy License (or in process under the 60-day rule) Previous SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for recent graduates Strong documentation and organizational skills Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essentialResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver effective OT interventions for SNF residents Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans Complete documentation and records management in Net Health, maintaining facility standardsBenefits & Perks:
