14/hour (based on experience; structured clinical scale)

• stipend or temporary housing available Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (403b), PTO, and more What you'll do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across multiple care settings Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care Utilize clinical judgment to adapt treatments based on patient progress Build meaningful connections with patients and their families What you bring Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible) in California Degree from an accredited OT program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) Current BLS (AHA) certification Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for helping others Experience in acute care, rehab, or outpatient settings is a plus—but not required for the right person.
