Occupational Therapist School Setting - Turlock, CA

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available at a school in Turlock, CA. This in-person, contract role is ideal for licensed OTs who are passionate about supporting students' developmental and functional needs within an educational environment. The assignment begins ASAP and is expected to continue through the 2026/2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs to enhance their participation and success in educational activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments to determine students' functional abilities and develop therapy goals. Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of California. Experience working in school settings preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work full-time, on-site in Turlock, CA.
