Compensation Includes:

Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation/admin Productivity-based bonuses Weekly direct deposit Transparent performance metrics Full-time salary range: $65,000-$115,000/year Part-time salary range: $55,000-$75,000/year Benefits & Perks Flexible scheduling with customizable caseloads Morning flexibility; most clients are seen after school hours 100% clinic-based (no driving to homes or schools) Up to 10% telehealth depending on client and therapist preference Paid vacation, holidays, and seasonal breaks (summer/winter) for full-time staff Health and supplemental insurance options 401(k) with company match Mileage and phone stipends CEU reimbursement + structured mentorship Specialization opportunities: feeding, sensory integration, early intervention Support for IBCCES Autism Certification Clinical leadership pathways for mentoring or program development What You'll Do Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants Provide caregiver education and home programs to increase carryover Complete documentation in a user-friendly EMR Bring creativity, fun, and a child-centered approach to every session Qualifications Occupational Therapy degree + active (or eligible) California OT license Minimum two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Genuine passion for working with children and families Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required Clinical Performance Benchmarks Help children achieve 80%+ of therapy goals Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction Submit 100% of required billable hours Complete daily notes within 24 hours Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48-72 hours Why Live and Work in Ventura, CA?
