Preference for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules
Qualifications:
Active California Occupational Therapist license (applications under the 60-day rule also considered) Skilled nursing facility experience preferred—new graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship available Strong documentation and time-management abilities Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative mindset Willingness to float to a nearby facility within walking distance as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for skilled nursing facility patients Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team Complete timely documentation within Net Health per facility protocols
