Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students for the 2026-2027 academic year as an Occupational Therapist. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, with assignments across various school sites in beautiful Siskiyou County. As you work closely with educators and families, your professional skills will help students overcome barriers, develop independence, and maximize participation in school activities. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid CCA Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Passion for supporting children of diverse backgrounds and abilities Flexibility to serve at multiple school sites as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individual treatment plans for students with a range of abilities Deliver direct OT services as outlined in student IEPs Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies throughout the school day Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive learning environments
