Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting students in the greater Denver area for the 26/27 school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a lasting impact, providing essential therapy services in diverse school settings. You'll benefit from a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working with students across various campuses. Assignments and caseloads will be finalized closer to the start date, but you can expect to collaborate with a dedicated educational team, helping children and young adults reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado (CO OT License required) Current Colorado Department of Education Certificate Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy (preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Adaptability to work across multiple school environments and with varying student needs Commitment to promoting access and removing barriers for all learners
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy interventions tailored to students' IEPs Work effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely session documentation and required reports Support the development of students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring Provide consultative support to classroom staff as needed This position is onsite only and offers a rewarding schedule of 37.5 hours per week with a Monday-Friday routine.
