This role may include clinic-based services, in-home services, or a hybrid of both. You will provide therapy to children ages 0-21, supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), and work as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside ABA, PT, and Speech providers. Caseloads are thoughtfully balanced to give you flexibility while maintaining high-quality care. What You'll Do Supervise and support a COTA and their assigned caseload Provide direct occupational therapy services to a small, managed caseload of pediatric patients Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet developmental goals Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment outcomes Work closely with ABA, PT, and Speech therapists for comprehensive interdisciplinary care Maintain documentation in accordance with company compliance standards Assist with case management and therapy planning Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program(Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered in under prior licensure standards) Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license (or pending) Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing Occupatial Therapist BLS CPR Certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Professional liability insurance Preferred Experience & Skills Pediatric therapy experience Clinic or outpatient experience Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with EMR systems, preferably KanTime Compensation $79,230 - $120,000 per year (based on education and experience) Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No weekends required Benefits & Perks 3
