Bonus structure available to support higher compensation. Role & Responsibilities Provide holistic, trauma-informed care with a strong focus on mental health. Design individualized home exercise and therapeutic activities. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities. Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students. Maintain current licensure and certifications (including CPR and Professional Crisis Management [PCM]). Perform other duties as assigned by the ancillary manager. Minimum Qualifications Passion for working with children across a range of ages and diagnoses. Strong communication skills to engage with clients, families, and colleagues. Physical ability to meet role demands and motivate clients effectively. Education Requirements Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
