You'll evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans to achieve functional, goal-based outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical assessments Provide therapy treatments that align with individual goals and regulatory standards Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of patient progress and services provided Supervise therapy assistants and students in direct patient care Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and home programs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect in all patient interactions Apply today to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care, one patient at a time.
