Urgent care/Outpatient environment Travel/temporary assignment under Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans to improve daily living and work skills, promote independence, and enhance safety. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress within an outpatient/urgent care setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to align OT goals with overall care plans and coordinate care for geriatric populations. Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and fall prevention. Ensure compliance with licensure requirements, professional ethics, and best-practice guidelines. Requirements Active Colorado Occupational Therapy license and NBCOT registration

Education:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Experience:
