Occupational Therapist

Nadora Healthcare is currently seeking a team-oriented Occupational Therapist who is driven by patient outcomes and committed to delivering an outstanding care experience. Essential Job Duties Occupational Therapists are responsible for the full scope of patient care, including evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ongoing assessment, discharge planning, and clear, timely communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Additional responsibilities include:

Designing and executing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff to ensure quality and consistency of care Actively participating in interdisciplinary case management and care coordination Delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy with a focus on measurable outcomes Maintaining strong, professional relationships with patients, families, team members, and facility staff Supporting the growth of the center through positive client interactions and collaboration with referral partners This role is ideal for clinicians who take ownership of outcomes, value teamwork, and want to be part of a facility that is setting a new benchmark for rehabilitation care.

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
