We are currently seeking a highly qualified OT to join our growing healthcare team for part-time work, offering pay from $65 to $85 per visit, and flexible schedules. We provide the highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in the home setting. Develop and implement personalized care plans focused on daily living skills and client goals. Provide interventions to improve self-care, motor skills, and cognitive abilities. Recommend adaptive equipment and train clients in its use. Educate caregivers on techniques to support client independence. Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic, coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements.
Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license in Colorado. Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home care, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred. Strong communication and teaching skills to engage clients and families. Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in varied home environments. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for home visits.
