Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available at a school in Henderson, CO for the 2026/2027 academic year. This contract position supports a large caseload, providing essential OT services to students with the assistance of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The role focuses on delivering therapy in a school setting, replacing the current vocational OT.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 100+ students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet students' educational and developmental needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations. Utilize the support of a COTA to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy. Strong knowledge of pediatric OT practices and school service delivery models. Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to supporting students' functional and educational goals.
