Travel Occupational Therapist School Setting in Hudson, CO

Category Schools - OT Job Type Travel A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year at a school located in Hudson, CO. This role involves providing hands-on therapy services as an on-site replacement for the current vocational Occupational Therapist. The caseload will consist of over 100 students, with support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to support student learning and development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to design and implement effective therapy plans. Conduct assessments and document student progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and supervision to COTA staff assisting with caseload management. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials. Experience working with school-aged children within educational settings. Ability to manage a large caseload with effective organizational skills. Collaborative communication style and flexibility to work on-site. Previous experience as a vocational OT or in similar school-based roles is preferred.
