Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working directly with students as an Occupational Therapist in a supportive educational setting near Longmont, CO. This role encompasses meaningful engagement with a diverse group of young learners onsite, allowing you to impact lives throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll thrive in a collaborative school environment, supporting students' growth and helping them achieve their full potential. With a manageable, part-time schedule - just 1.5 days per week - you'll benefit from professional balance while making a real difference in a caseload of 20 students.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Occupational Therapy license required Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff Creative, solution-focused approach to addressing students' unique needs Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and district protocols Assess, plan, and document student progress, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Provide evidence-based interventions that support academic and functional skills Communicate regularly with caregivers and teachers regarding goals and student progress Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
