Qualifications:

Valid OTR/L or COTA license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred, but home health and general OT backgrounds welcome Ability to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality OT services in an educational setting Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for an assigned caseload of 8-9 students Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans Maintain detailed records and progress reports Participate in school staff meetings and contribute to holistic student support
