Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans Design and implement effective rehabilitation programs to improve patients' cognitive, physical, and sensory abilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on skills and strategies to enhance daily living activities Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Connecticut Minimum 0 years of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
