This role is based in Sherman, CT, providing essential occupational therapy support within a school setting to help students achieve their developmental and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications to facilitate student success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license. Experience working as an OT in school environments. Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy and school-based intervention strategies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently.
