DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completion of all applicable elements of Individualized Education Plans Delivery of Tier 3 Intervention Services as directed by Student Consultation Team/Planning and Placement Team Completion of fine motor components of student assessment, including providing written report Direct service to address fine motor concerns, individual and small group as well as sensory integration needs Teacher Consultation Parent Consultation and Education Student Progress Monitoring Collaboration with Other Student Services Staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Meets full state requirements for certification as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Connecticut. Excellent teaming, collaboration and communication skills. Thorough understanding of best practices in the practice of occupational therapy. Working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal statutes related to special education and 504
