• to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware.

• + •Up to $75 per visit•+ Weekly pay + Travel stipend + PTO + 401(k) with company match + Medical, Dental & Vision insurance + Employee Assistance Program •Unmatched Clinical Support•+ Dedicated office team supporting you in the field + Paid orientation + Comprehensive onboarding & professional development + Bi-annual continuing education reimbursement + 24/7 clinical support + Collaborative team of experienced clinicians •What You'll Do•As an Early Intervention OT, you will: + Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style + Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development + Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more + Use electronic documentation for each visit + Complete weekly scheduled visits •What We're Looking For•+ Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing + Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred + Passion for family-centered, community-based care NER-DE •As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
