Position Requirements:

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure (OT DE license) Previous experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare as an OT Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for supporting the success and well-being of school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students' educational needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program and state guidelines Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in consultation with school staff and families Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and support students' learning goals Educate school staff and parents on recommendations and home strategies for continued growth Engage in school-wide professional development and collaborative meetings This role comes with weekly pay—covering both direct and indirect services at the same rate.
