Qualifications:
Valid OT license in Delaware (will consider COTAs) Official school-based pediatric experience strongly preferred Comfort providing services in person; willingness to consider virtual by August Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work with K-6th student population
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct OT services for students K-6th, two days per week Dedicate half a day for meetings, testing, and team collaboration Adapt to caseload growth, proactively adjusting to student needs Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school standards Partner with multidisciplinary teams to foster student development
