- Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to help patients regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to improve patients' functional abilities
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and promoting independence ```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Experience with pediatric occupational therapy is a plus ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy/physiology
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
