  • Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to help patients regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities
  • Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to improve patients' functional abilities
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and promoting independence ```Experience```
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
  • Experience with pediatric occupational therapy is a plus ```Skills```
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy/physiology
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care and adapt treatment approaches based on individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
  • Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus

You will contribute to a patient-centered care approach, ensuring evidence-based practices and compassionate support across all phases of treatment.
